We invite you to learn more about us and to visit our classrooms soon. Welcome to Rosedale Gifted Academy (RCDC). We are a licensed daycare center for children ages two years and up. We are opened from 7am to 6pm, Monday thru Friday.
Our teachers have over 10 years teaching experience in early childhood education. We serve 3 meals per day. We also accept ACD, Begin, ACS, plus others.
Our Facility is arranged into eight sections.
Dramatic Play Area * computer area * Music area * Science area * Math area * Blocks and tools area * Art area and a Quiet Napping Area.
We are located across from Cross Island Plaza just off Merrick Boulevard in Rosedale. RCDC as we have come to be known is a secure, happy, enriching and warm environment for you child. The center responds to today's growing need for upscale childcare facilities for children. A component of this center is parent interaction. We encourage parents to drop in anytime and take part in classroom activities and special events.

My child is in Pre-K and she is excelling! She knows her colors, days of the week and months of the year and she is only 2! Also, love the fact that she can praise the Lord with any adult and sings Christian songs with the best of us. She has also has great manners. I would highly recommend this school for anyone who is looking for a Christian based school that will teach your children well above their levels. Oh did I mention that my little girl has the ability to reason. It is remarkable! People always ask me if she is 3 going on 4 and always comment on how well she speaks and writes (yes writing a few letters). Also the staff is nice of course to the children but also to the parents. They are always courteous and understanding. My daughter will continue at this school until she can no longer attend.

My son is featured in the video clip! I was thrilled to view this. I am also a proud parent of RGAP. The educational curriculum is the best out there. I also plan on having my son continue his higher education at RGAP. The teachers are great and now with Mr. John teaching higher education should excel the credibility overall of the school. Anyone wishing to sent his or her child to RGAP should not reconsider - go ahead, this school is recommended. Thank you RGAP for a great school.

My child is now at this school and she is doing great! I can attest to the fact the the teaching is really exceptional! My child is still in Pre-K. I am happy that RGAP now extend it's curriculum to Elementary. Since I am so very pleased with the service at RGAP, I am planning on having my child continue to Elementary. I heard from good sources that their Elementary students are now reading at Grade 3 and 4 levels! Great!!! Based on my analysis of my child's progress, I would recommend this daycare! My child started with this institution way back from it's inception -- that was when this school was home-based. My child has since graduated to higher learning and is doing exceptionally well! She did not start at the class of her age when we first started at higher learning -- she was so advanced for her class that they moved her to two classes higher. My child knew so much in reading, spelling, math and most of all was morally trained and could co-work and live with all students of her age and above. We had no problem with her and other students, she was so well mannered and show very good tolerance, respect and attitude towards her teachers and peer alike. Most of all, she got from RGAP what we could not give her because we did not have it... and that was loving God. She sings songs to God and recites Bible verses -- we were literally shocked. She knows how to pray and could witness to anyone about loving God and others. I am not sure if RGAP still does the Christian aspect of the care service anymore, but for those who like good Christian values, then RGAP is the place for your child!!! I highly recommend this institution to anyone who would like its services. From a very satisfied Parent...

I would definitely recommend this daycare to whoever required its service. My daughter Crystal attend this daycare until she graduated to higher learning. She is now Class President, Honor Roll Student and Student of the Month several times over. If you are looking for values and good service, visit RGAP and meet the teachers, parents and students and you will prove that this is the best. Highly recommended! Parent
